At Velocita-USA, we stand behind the quality of our VR3 racing gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all standard-sized, unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-tailored suits and personalized safety equipment are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn VR3 racing suit and all original tags back into the shipping box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship to Velocita

  Send your package via a tracked carrier to our warehouse facility; we recommend insuring the shipment as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of the gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
